           GROUP TRAINING

Youth enjoy a small group training session with other age appropriate peers that adds a dynamic social factor to each training session and has a positive influence on enjoyment. 

A dynamic group warm-up and movement preparation will be completed then different types of resistance circuit training's and full group exercises will be performed before concluding with a group cool-down. Exercises will be easily progressed and regressed based on each youth's individual abilities.

           ADULT TOTAL BODY FITNESS

Adults enjoy a small group circuit training session that reinforces the basic movement patterns in all 3 planes of motion that target multiple muscle groups and gives you the practical strength and tone to meet your fitness goals. Exercises used in the stations will focus on total body exercises (ex: Lunge to Overhead Press) and cardiorespiratory exercise mixed into one routine. 

 

Each exercise within a given workout will be easily progressed or regressed to meet the different needs of each participant.

          ACTIVE START (5-6 YEARS OLD)

This small group makes play and physical activity for kids fun and exciting and an essential part of daily routine throughout life. Children are exposed to and focus on fundamentals such as running, jumping, twisting, kicking, throwing, and catching. Activities will help kids feel competent and comfortable participating in a variety of fun and challenging activities while getting to explore risks and limits in a safe environment.

           TEAM TRAINING
