Health and Fitness training's that appeal to the entire family ages 2 and up! The classes are safe, effective, age-appropriate, and fun! Regular participation at Prime Time can help improve physical health, social health, emotional health, and psychological well-being. Regular participation can also improve fitness and sports performance 

Builds confidence, competence, motivation, and self-esteem to be healthy and physically active for a lifetime

 

Develops a solid base of fundamental motor skills and general physical skills required to support functional movement and all around athletic ability

Build core strength, balance, flexibility, bone strength, muscle strength. Improve cardio-respiratory system, jumping ability, speed, agility, quickness. 

Educates on proper exercise form, technique and application. Also educates on running form, technique and application

Prime Time Performance was created due to having a passion for youth health, fitness, and athletics. Prime Time supports research in that developing fundamental motor skills, good posture, balance, and coordination at a young age is critical and can help youth reach their athletic potential. Prime Time Performance follows a research evidence-based Optimum Performance Training Module to safely progress youth at an appropriate pace.
